Wash Well Laundromat Expands with Wash & Fold Service

Warren, Ohio — A family-owned Warren landmark is taking laundry service to the next level. Wash Well Laundromat, located at 2296 N. River Rd. NE, has officially launched a new wash & fold service and invites area residents to give it a spin.

Wash Well Laundromat founded in 1983 by Cortland resident John Bakker, is known for its clean facilities, reliable machines, and friendly community atmosphere. Wash Well has grown with the needs of the community, keeping updated washers and dryers, and was the first laundromat in the area to expand into cashless payment services.

2025 brought exciting changes for Wash Well with son Brandon Bakker returning to Cortland and joining the family business to help expand its services and continue his family’s legacy of quality and community commitment.

“I’m excited to help build on what my Dad started more than 40 years ago,” said Brandon Bakker. “Our new Wash & Fold service, helps families and professionals in Warren, Cortland, and surrounding areas save valuable time in their week.”

Bakker invites area residents and businesses to try out the new service which currently operates Monday-Friday, 9am-2pm. Customers can drop off or schedule laundry pickup and delivery right to their doorstep or office through the CleanCloud app or website. Each order is washed, dried, and neatly folded at Wash Well’s facility, ready within 48 hours.

Wash Well’s 24-hour self-service laundromat remains the same, open daily, offering express washers up to 120 pounds, fast-drying dryers and coin or cashless payments through PayRange.

Wash Well Laundromat continues to grow with the community — blending tradition, technology, and family-driven service to make laundry simpler than ever for residents.
